Grilled Pineapple:
1 Fresh, cored & sliced Pineapple
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup coconut rum
4tbl. melted butter
1 jar caramel dessert sauce
vanilla ice cream or
grilled pound cake
Mix sugar, rum and butter in bowl. Place pineapple on hot grill and baste with sugar mixture, turn after 3 mins. & baste other side - cook for 3 mins. Remove from grill, serve over vanilla ice cream or
grilled pound cake.
Drizzle with Carmel Sauce
Wine Note: Late Harvest Riesling would be perfect.
